“In this final rule, DHS is amending the regulations to provide that
all aliens may be required to be photographed upon entry and departure from the United States. See8 CFR 215.8(a), and 235.1(f).
Failure to comply with a requirement to be photographed may result in a determination of inadmissibility or a violation of the terms of the alien's status where CBP requires this information to determine identity or other immigration information.”
本最终规则中,国土安全部(DHS)对相关法规作出修订,
规定所有外国人入境美国及自美国出境时,可被要求接受拍照。参见《联邦法规汇编》第8编第215.8(a)条及第235.1(f)条。
